Upcycled Black Rayon Georgette Bloomers. Originally long pants, I took off the bottoms and made decorative ruffles. I added another vintage lace ruffle over that. The bloomers are see-through, and look wonderful under a dress or skirt and might be fun for other occasions. The pants were fairly used when I got them but still in good condition. Size; 1x possibly up to 2x. Elastic waist stretches to about 52” crotch at 20”, length is 37”.
