These large (3x) thick cotton bloomers have a linen ruffle and an elastic waist. The waist stretches to 51” but measures about 40” with elastic, which could be modified. They are 58” at the widest point on the hip. The inseam measures 18” including the ruffle. Front to crotch is 14.5”, back to crotch, 19”. The fabric is a thick cotton twill.
