Upcycled skirt into short pinafore top. 100% cotton. The pinafore bibs are lined and made from a heavy vintage cotton. The three-tiered skirt has a few copper sequins attached.

The dress is 39” long from the ties to the hem and it’s 52” at the bottom of the bodice around the top of the skirt.
