This three-tiered skirt is made from off cut silk velvet (18% silk 82% rayon) from Belle Notte Linen Co. The fabric has a wonderful drape and feel. It has an elastic waist as shown which could easily be modified and taken in. The skirt is 32.5" long, the top tier is 78" around and each tier is double the one before it. Hand hemmed.
