Small size pink striped bloomers with ruffle and trim. The pants measure 24” at the inseam and the tie waistband is 40” around. It is 12” to the crotch in front and 16” in the back. At the ruffle the pants measure 19.5”. The fabric is all natural via burn test, not not cotton — very crisp!
